1. Make sure to read and understand the instructions for use, carefully. Any failure to use this product in strict compliance with the enclosed instructions will void the manufacturers warranty.

2. The only warranty applicable to this product is that of the manufacturer. Distributors assume no liability for this product, expressed or implied.    

3. Customer remedies are strictly limited to repair or replacement of the product at the election of the manufacturer.

4. No liability is assumed for personal injury resulting from the use or misuse of this product.

5. Customer agrees that the seller and manufacturer assume no liability for consequential damages of any kind  arising from the use or misuse of this product.

6. This is an electrical appliance. It is dangerous to use in a wet environment. Electrocution may result. Follow all applicable safety codes where this unit is used.

7. Operation of this product with insufficient water level may result in product failure, cause a fire risk and will void the warranty.

8. DO NOT use extension cords! This device MUST be plugged directly into a GFI receptacle and controlled with a wall switch. 

9. Do not allow children or pets to touch the electrical wires used in this product.

10. Make sure to keep all fingers away from the air intakes located on the motor.

11. Never leave your pets unattended while they are in this whirlpool. Don't let them drown.

12. Children must be instructed to stay away from this device at all times when it contains water.
