The Canine Heritage™ Breed Test comes to you in a tube style package which also serves as the return mailer.
The package contains:

• Sample Submission Form
• One DNA CheekSwab Collection Brush
• Easy-to-Follow DNA Sample Collection Instructions
• Pre-Paid Return Mailer
Simply follow the provided directions, included with the Canine Heritage™ kit, place the swab in the packaging tube, reverse the tube liner so the pre-paid mailing label can be seen through the tube and drop in a mail box.
In approximately 4 weeks, results will be sent back to you in the form of a frame quality Certificate of DNA Breed Analysis. If you provide a digital photo of your pet, it will also be printed on the certificate at no extra charge. All you need to do is go to the following link to upload your photo ---> Photo Upload
