The following return policy is for all Solvit Products.

Return Policy:

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in the original packaging and resalable condition.
Before returning any products you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department at: sales@petgadgets.com. Be sure to include your name, address, order number and reason for return.
After merchandise is received a credit will be issued in three to five business days for the purchase price minus shipping charges.
For your protection, we encourage you to send returns via a shipping company that offers package tracking. PETGADGETS is not responsible for lost shipments.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Products:

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item the manufacturer will pay for the item to be returned and a new one shipped. To arrange for a pick-up, please write or call PetGadgets.

Is there a Sales Tax?

PetGadgets is required to collect 8.9 percent sales tax on all orders shipped to Arizona.

How can I change my order?

Yes, providing your order has not already been shipped. E-mail your change to sales@petgadgets.com Please include your name, mailing address, and order number.

Can I order by telephone?

Yes. We’re open seven days a week. Our regular business hours are 9 am to 5 pm (Arizona time).  Please call 800-592-0387 to place your order.

What are my shipping options and cost?

We use UPS as our shipping carrier and currently only offer standard ground service (4-6 business days). For orders over 4 please email us for special pricing and shipping rates.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Mastercard, Visa and PayPal. Sorry, no personal checks or C.O.D's.

How do I place an international order?

Please e-mail us for a shipping quote. Our e-mail address is: sales@petgadgets.com. If the shipping cost is acceptable we will provide you a special ordering link to place your order.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses? Items can only be shipped to a physical address. UPS is our shipping carrier and it does not allow us to send items to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
